MANILA (UPDATED) — Flight operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for airlines affected by the global IT outage on Friday are normalizing, Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Eric Ines said Saturday, adding some airlines are already conducting recovery flights for passengers stranded by flight delays and cancellations.

AirAsia has had to cancel six flights on Saturday morning when its check-in system went down again after being restored on Friday night, a spokesperson said Sunday afternoon.
