Sen. Sonny Angara already met teachers groups to discuss the issues they face as well as the whole education system. He will replace Vice President Sara Duterte, who will vacate the post on July 19 after announcing her resignation from the agency last month. </p><p>Meanwhile, the ACT NCR Union Philippines protested at the DepEd Central Office in Pasig City on Wednesday in response to new directives from school divisions requiring the submission of 2023 Individual Performance Commitment and Review Forms (IPCRF) and Office Performance Commitment and Review Forms (OPCRF) by July, as part of the Results-Based Performance Management Systems (RPMS).</p><p>&quot;Panawagan po ng mga guro dito ay magkaroon ng paglilinaw at tuluyan nang ibasura ang RPMS na ito,&quot; said Ruby Bernardo, President of ACT NCR Union.</p><p>The RPMS has been a subject of criticism by ACT and the ACT Teachers Party-list who argue that it is burdensome for educators and support personnel.
