He said the certificate indicated that Guo’s mother is Wen Yi Lin, while her father is Jian Zhong Guo.</p><p>Guo has repeatedly said that her real mother is Filipino Amelia Leal.</p><p>The mayor previously said she never went to a formal school and was only homeschooled by &quot;Teacher Rubilyn&quot; in their farm. </p><p>Guo was not present in the hearing due to health issues, a reason rejected by senators that moved to cite her in contempt. </p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/7/10/senate-panel-cites-alice-guo-in-contempt-to-seek-arrest-warrant-1044">• Senate panel cites Alice Guo in contempt, to seek arrest warrant</a></div><div><em> </em></div><div><br/></div>
