Under the measure, the grounds for absolute divorce include the same grounds for legal separation and annulment. But divorced spouses are given the right to remarry, unlike in legal separation.

Nagsabi na ang Supreme Court di na kailangan ng psychologist para mapatunayan ang psychological incapacity at pangatlo para mas maliwanag idefine ng Kongreso ano nga ba ang psychological incapacity menos away menos gulo menos debate dahil matagal naman na yang andiyan," he said.
