Johnson, who initially faced charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault - accepted a plea agreement for the incidents, which were captured on home surveillance.

Prosecutors said her husband, who works for the U.S. Air Force, provided the videos that he secretly recorded inside their home after he started noticing his coffee was tasting bad.

Aside from jail time, the Fil-Am was also given a fine of $150,000 and at least three years' probation under the plea agreement.
