Artists apply finishing touches to an art installation entitled 'THE WAVE OF CHANGE, PLASTIC-FREE QC,' currently exhibited at Quezon City Hall Lobby in Quezon City on Saturday. According to the artist group, the art installation aims to provide a visualization of what could potentially happen if the use of plastics continues to be evident in the county and calls on Filipinos to stop its use.
