Kung anuman iyong pinaka-sustainable, pinaka-kaya nating gawin nang pangmatagalan, mapa-IF man iyan, mapa-portion control--meaning, tingnan mo na lang kung gaano karaming kanin, or gaano karaming karne, gaano karaming gulay kinakain mo," he said.
