Pero sa nakita ko, hindi ito ginawa ng inquest prosecutor,” Diokno said in a Facebook post after the meeting.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/2/7/dilg-seeks-more-info-on-film-director-s-arrest-over-alleged-arson-1713">DILG seeks more details on film director&#x27;s arrest over alleged arson</a></div><p>But the DOJ noted that the respondents have already waived their right under Article 125 of the Revised Penal Code.
