MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. can end the worsening rift between the Senate and the House of Representatives on opposing Charter change (Cha-cha) methods, two former Senate Presidents said Tuesday.

Sotto blamed the ongoing people’s initiative for the conflict as its links to some lawmakers started to emerge.
