MANILA — The Supreme Court en banc has granted the petition of Duterte Youth (Duty to Energize the Republic Through the Enlightenment of the Youth) Party-List against the substitution of former Commission on Elections commissioner Rowena Guanzon as the first nominee of P3PWD Party-List which won a seat in the 2022 party-list elections.
