Satellite images starting from Nov. 3 show Typhoon Marce [international name: Yinxing], Typhoon Nika [international name: Toraji] and Super Typhoon Ofel [international name: Usagi] cutting through the country with Super Typhoon Pepito route.

Pepito is also the sixth tropical cyclone to enter the typhoon-battered Philippines in a month. Earlier in October, Tropical Storm Kristine [international name: Trami] and Super Typhoon Leon [international name: Kong-rey] brought heavy flooding, triggered landslides and killed 162 people.

Ahead of Pepito, the Philippines evacuated tens of thousands of people from their homes and canceled dozens of flights on Saturday. Packing winds of 185 kph (115 mph), the storm was heading for the eastern part of the main island of Luzon.
