Revillame arrived Tuesday afternoon at the Manila Hotel, ending weeks of speculations about his intentions to run for public office.

Should he win a Senate seat, Revillame vowed to create laws that will increase the mandatory discount for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. He also promised to provide free education.
