Mark Demayo, ABS-CBN News/FileMANILA -- The Philippine National Police has started deploying police personnel to secure cemeteries and transport terminals ahead of the country’s commemoration of All Saints and All Souls Day, PNP Spokesperson Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo said Tuesday.

"Sa ngayon ay meron na tayong soft deployment pagdating sa pagbabantay natin sa Undas dahil may mangilan-ngilan tayong kababayan na nagpupunta sa puntod ng kanilang mga mahal sa buhay, kaya nag-deploy na tayo ng mga around 7,000 police at meron din assistance desks," Fajardo said in a televised briefing.
