MANILA — The amihan or northeast monsoon season that signals the onset of colder weather associated with Christmas could begin next week, PAGASA said Tuesday.
The amihan season usually starts between the second week of October and mid-November, PAGASA weather forecaster Lorie Dela Cruz noted.
