MANILA- Consular offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will be closed on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2, the foreign office announced Saturday.

The DFA made the announcement after Malacañang suspended government work on the said dates, which follow Christmas Day and New Year's Day, respectively.

Passport applicants with confirmed appointments on the said dates are advised to visit consular offices on Dec. 27 and 28 and Jan. 3 and 4.
