As government employees or workers, dahil sila ay congressmen, ay bakit hindi nila makondena ang ginagawa ng NPA?&quot; ani Esperon.</p><p>Maaalalang itinatanggi ng Makabayan bloc na parte sila ng komunismong grupo bagama&#x27;t hindi nila kinokondena ang NPA. Hirit nila, tugunan muna ng pamahalaan ang ugat ng mga pag-aalsa tulad ng kahirapan at katiwalian. </p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/aTH6PNdY820?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>Para sa mga aktibista, inamin na ng pamahalaan na ang red-tagging ay kasangkapan para manatili ang administrasyon sa puwesto sa pamamagitan ng paninira sa oposisyon.</p><p>&quot;Sa kanila na nanggaling na merong electoral agenda because they know that the Makabayan bloc is composed of grassroots parties, and most likely, we are rooting for whoever is in the opposition party sa darating na halalan,&quot; ani Teddy Casiño, Bayan Muna party-list vice president for Luzon. </p><p>Sa tingin naman ng isang election lawyer, ang kaugnayan sa komunismo ay hindi basehan para madiskuwalipika ang isang kandidato o party-list group.</p><p>&quot;Ang ground po actually if you read the law is the moment when you advocate for violence or unlawful means to achieve the goal of the party-list organization. That is the ground for disqualification but communism per se is not a ground,&quot; paliwanag ni Emil Marañon.</p><p>Inakusahan din ng Makabayan bloc ang administrasyon na ginagamit ang Senado para sa witch hunt o pagpuntirya sa kanila.</p><p>Hindi naman ito nagustuhan ni Sen. Ping Lacson na siyang kumukumpas sa mga pagdinig sa Senado.</p><p>&quot;Looking for a scapegoat in the committee for their failure to address squarely the allegations of the former NPA rebels could only indicate their inadequacy during the hearings,&quot; ani Lacson.</p><p>&quot;As a matter of fact, I am seriously considering the recommendation to criminalize red-tagging as long as such legislation will not infringe on the bill of rights involving freedom of speech and expression,&quot; dagdag pa ni Lacson.</p><p>Pero nilinaw ni Bayan Muna Rep.
