<p>MANILA—President Rodrigo Duterte met anew with Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) founding chairman Nur Misuari in Malacañang on Monday night.</p><p>Both leaders have agreed the creation of a coordinating body between the government and MNLF, Sen.
