Despite the improved weather, parts of Pampanga are still submerged in floods after days of monsoon rains.

Among these areas are San Fernando, Sto. Tomas, Guagua, and Macabebe, which are all under a state of calamity.

Meanwhile, in Candaba, affected residents are still using boats to get from one place to another.

Over a thousand families remain affected by the heavy rains and flooding in the province.
