MANILA - Brian Lim won the Dagupan City mayoralty in a tight race against reelectionist Belen Fernandez, based on unofficial results Tuesday.
MANILA - Brian Lim won the Dagupan City mayoralty in a tight race against reelectionist Belen Fernandez, based on unofficial results Tuesday.
The incumbent vice mayor got 49,156 votes, while Fernandez received 47,917 votes, based on 100 percent of election returns of clustered precincts, as of 2:19 a.m. Tuesday.

Fernandez' running mate Dean Bryan Kua secured the vice mayoral post with 52,532 votes, while his opponent Alfie Fernandez got 41,888 votes.
