MANILA—The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday announced that 3,372 out of 8,855 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given earlier this month.

Ronie Tanilon Tarriga II of the University of Cebu topped the exam with a rating of 95.2 percent.

John Francis Viloria Pedroso of Mindanao State University in General Santos City placed second with a rating of 94.6 percent.

Reymart Arcenal Refil of Cebu Institute of Technology-University ranked third with a rating of 94.15 percent.

De La Salle University-Manila was the top performing university with a rating of 90.29 percent.
