Mesa, Manila during the ongoing &quot;Oplan Baklas&quot; on Feb. 18, 2022. <em>ABS-CBN News</em></figcaption></figure></div><p>MAYNILA — Sinabi ni Department of Environment and Natural Resources officer-in-charge Secretary Jim Sampulna na hindi dapat iboto ang mga kandidatong hindi makakalikasan.</p><p>Kinondena niya ang pagkakabit ng campaign posters sa mga puno na karaniwang ginagawa ng mga pulitko at kanilang mga taga-suporta tuwing campaign period.</p><p>“&#x27;Yung ating mga pulitiko lalo na sa probinsiya, pinapako po ‘yong kanilang mga poster at mga tarpaulin sa kahoy. May buhay ‘yan.
