The law should&#x27;ve come much earlier but it didn&#x27;t but now it&#x27;s here and the plebiscite is happening and soon you will have a Bangsamoro Transition Authority,&quot; she said.</p><p>She also expressed hope President Rodrigo Duterte will be able to successfully convince Moro National Liberation Front founding chair Nur Misuari to support the new Bangsamoro entity.</p><p>Misuari wanted the government to honor the 1996 final peace agreement, saying it has yet to be fully implemented.</p><p>Ratifying the BOL would mean abolishing the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao while the 1996 agreement would mean its enhancement.</p><p>&quot;If you get all the MNLF on board, because practically all of the MNLF is on board, all the different factions. It&#x27;s really just the Nur Misuari faction. Then this is something that bodes well for being able to co-exist, compete peacefully with each other, and try to get a really better governance arrangement put in place. Much much better than what we&#x27;ve seen in the ARMM before,&quot; Ferrer said.</p>
