Brought in by Good Eats Specialists Inc. (a subsidiary of the SSI Group), this is one opening you’ll want to keep an eye—and appetite—on.

Since its founding in 2013 at London’s Borough Market, Bread Ahead has become famous for their modern interpretation of traditional British techniques. Their filled doughnuts—think velvety custards and vibrant fruit jams encased in pillowy dough—have earned a cult following, while the sourdough loaves show reverence for time-honored baking methods. Filipinos with their discerning palates and passion for global flavors will soon get a taste of this heritage.
