We don’t know yet what the menus will be, but judging from its other branches around the world (including New York City and Las Vegas), Ramsays’ Fish & Chips will serve up a fast-casual feast that reimagines the British classic. This won’t your average chips stall. Ramsay’s take delivers crispy, golden fish and chips with a modern twist, alongside inventive dishes like Lobster & Shrimp—a decadent seafood medley—and Dirty Chips, loaded with bold toppings. Wash it all down with handcrafted milkshakes that are as indulgent as they sound. The over-the-counter vibe keeps things relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a quick yet unforgettable meal after a day at Mactan’s pristine beaches.

Street Burger: Not your average diner

Next door, Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay will flip the script on the classic American diner. Ramsay’s bold lineup could include such fan favorites as The Idiot Burger with its juicy patty and in-your-face flavors. For something different, the G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Burger delivers crispy, golden perfection, while the O.G.R. Burger pays homage to Ramsay’s larger-than-life persona. Each burger is crafted with quality ingredients and a nod to the chef’s unrelenting standards, ensuring every bite is a showstopper.
