2025 is here, and it's not waiting for us to get up and make changes. While there is no pressure to compete with anyone else's life or their speed, there is always room for improvement in our lives, and that is where our new year's resolutions and goals come in. Without being harsh on ourselves, what is it really that we would like to improve? What do we want to change for the better? Whether it be shedding a few unwanted pounds or running our first marathon, we're with you—cheering you on.

Here, we spoke to five amazing women who are thriving in their own lives. We asked them for their wellness resolutions so you, too, can get inspired to make some of your own.

Stephanie Zubiri

"I would like to feel as good on the outside as I do on the inside. Although I lead a very healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a plant-forward diet, my genetic body type needs a lot of extra work to keep the weight down and muscle mass up. The last year has really been about my soulful healing journey and expanding my spiritual and meditative practices. I feel so light and happy! But my body wakes up less so hahaha and that’s okay! I have so much compassion for myself but I want to be a vibrant and energetic Lola to my grandchildren one day. So 2025 is about committing more to my physical strength! And getting ahead start on tackling peri-menopause which is just around the corner for 40-year-old me!"

Kelly Misa-Fernandez

"My resolution this year is simple yet powerful: to show up for myself, take care of myself, and continue practicing self-love. I’ve learned the importance of keeping promises to me—choosing my well-being without guilt or compromise. It’s been life-changing, and I’m so much happier because of it. This year, I’m staying on this path, honoring my needs, and prioritizing the love and care I deserve. Here’s to a year of showing up for me."

Aliza Apostol-Goco

"For 2025, my wellness resolution is simple: focus on quality over quantity—whether that’s in the reps I push through at the gym, the coffee I savor in the morning, or the moments I spend with my kids and Robby. I’ve realized that being fully present in fewer, meaningful moments is much more fulfilling than trying to multi-task through everything. I’m also aiming to be more mindful of not overcommitting, so I can better balance all the things that matter."

Cinty Yniguez

"I have quite a number. If I have to choose one, it would be to: Go for more walks, to forest bathe and commune with nature, and to actually journal my journey in wellness."

Hannah Pangilinan

"My resolution is to solidify the "basics” like sleep, diet, and restored rest. As well as cherish movement alone and without music!”
