Every year, the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025 awards spotlights the crème de la crème of pizzas. This year, the Philippines claimed four coveted spots on the list. But beyond the accolades and competition, the awards night took an emotional turn with a surprise tribute to the late Margarita Forés who passed away just last February. A visionary who was named Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2016, Fores’ influence was felt in every corner of the room, making the ceremony not just a recognition of great pizza, but a poignant moment of pride for Filipino gastronomy.

With few seats, pizza and high-quality products, and a selection of wines available by the glass. Crosta is a meeting of three very different sensibilities that creates a one-of-a-kind place.”

Second place goes to RistoPizza by Napoli sta ca by Giuseppe Errichiello, in the Azabudai Hills Store, Tokyo. Closing the podium is Fiata by Salvatore Fiata in Hong Kong.
