It’s known for its tasting menu that showcases Filipino flavors in fresh new ways. </p><p>It’s founder, Chef Frances Tariga, was born and raised in Manila. She’s back in town with a new project, Incanta Cave Bar &amp; Restaurant, which opens its doors just today. </p><p>The pop up on January 7 will see Chef Frances serving <strong>a 14-course Filipino-Japanese omakase </strong>available f<strong></strong>or just that evening. Only 12 seats will be available per seating, with two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The menu will be quite similar to the tasting menu the chef offered in her previous restaurant, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/trustbae_/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Trust Bae</a>. </p><p>We just know Incanta will cast a spell on Manila’s dining scene, and this pop up will be a rare chance to savor Chef Frances’s dishes. </p><p>This is where to be if you want to start the year with serious foodie bragging rights.
