Handout</div>After recently earning a Michelin Selected distinction, the one-year-old Gordon Ramsay Bar &amp; Grill at Newport World Resorts continues to evolve its menu to better serve both local and international diners.The restaurant has unveiled its festive holiday offerings, running from November 21 to January 4. Highlighting the menu is a whole Beef Wellington log — wagyu beef fillet with mushroom and truffle creamed Koffmann’s potatoes and red wine — designed for sharing with the entire family (P29,888).“Moving forward, we are preparing for the holidays, but Thanksgiving is just next week,” general manager Ben Anthony told ABS-CBN News. “So we are preparing and offering roasted whole turkey.”Chef Stephen Wood added, “We are preparing a Hungarian turkey at an average of six kilos, good for six to eight persons. It’s a big bird, so really meant for sharing with the whole family.”The turkey comes with roasted potatoes, baby carrots, braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry jelly. Whole turkey orders require a 48-hour reservation (P16,000), while individually plated roasted turkey breast is also available for P1,500.Anthony, who used to work for Gordon Ramsay Bar &amp; Grill in Malaysia for four years before moving to Manila, shared that reservations have been peaking, particularly on weekends. “We have a young and vibrant team, full of innovation, hard work, and dedication. Handout</div>The holiday menu also includes a kale and quinoa Christmas wreath salad with carrot, beetroot, pomegranate, goat cheese, and orange dressing, and a Christmas pudding served with brandy butter sauce. Guests can also enjoy festive cocktails such as homemade mulled wine, Christmas Baubletini, New Year’s Midnight Glitter, and a Bailey’s gingerbread espresso affogato martini — “which gives you a balance of sweetness and bitterness,” Anthony said.“We have a couple of other cocktails for perfect pairing to start your lunch or dinner, like Christmas, a gin-based cocktail to complement the quinoa salad,&quot; he added. &quot;The sparkling wine with a festive glitter on a champagne float, with sparkling wine.&quot;Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has also expanded in Cebu, with Gordon Ramsay Fish &amp; Chips and Gordon Ramsay Steak Burger opening in Megaworld’s Mactan developments. “I was fortunate enough to be there during the opening last August,” Anthony said. “We have a very good and energetic team there.”
