Fashion was at its peak at the recently concluded ABS-CBN Ball. The annual gala has long been a highlight on the Philippine fashion calendar. Every year, extravagant sartorial choices are made on the red carpet. We especially appreciate it when the guests push boundaries and embrace bold styles whilst still following the Ball's dress code. Among the sea of stunning outfits, some celebrities stood out for their captivating sexiness.

Sofia Andres looked incredibly statuesque in her custom Andrea Tetangco gown. In an exclusive interview with her stylist Cath Sobrevega, she tells Metro that "the concept was to create a look that translates her genuine spirit into a wearable art piece". The sheer fabric of the dress is juxtaposed with the boldness of her Tiffany & Co. hardwear jewelry—thus embodying grounded fluidity, a soft strength.

Their ensembles embodied a sexy, carefree mood that is just so effortlessly feminine! Adrianne Concepcion understands her clients well. In an exclusive interview with Metro, she shares that Lovi's Marc Rancy look is "true to her romantic persona" and that it's "a modern Victorian interpretation, a beautiful ode to Jane Austen and her novels".

As for Bela, Adrianne shares that the look is heavily inspired by A Midsummer Night's Dream. The fabric used in Bela's gown is personally sourced by Vania Romoff herself.

Another Adrianne Concepcion muse is Ivana Alawi in custom Di Petsa, a cult-favorite Greek brand known for their internet-breaking wet looks. Ivana looked like a sea goddess who had just ascended from water—she looked breathtaking on the red carpet! A similar dress on Di Petsa's website costs P340,000.

Elisse Joson embodied the spirit of Spring through her beaming yellow dress by Julianne Syjuco. Her gown flowed on the red carpet like butter. She was easily one of the most charming women at the Ball. Speaking of unbeatable aura, Andrea Brillantes Spring Formal look symbolized a sense of newness and rebirth. Andrea established her presence with a sleek Neric Beltran suit styled by Eldzs Mejia.

Some notable daring red carpet appearances were Kim Chiu in Francis Libiran, Julia Barretto in Helsa Studio, Anji Salvacion in Ushi Sato, Criza Taa in Russel May Cordero, Maxene Magalona in LSW, and Kathryn Bernardo in Anthony Ramirez.
