At the heart of The Whisky Library at Newport World Resorts is the home to the largest whisky collection in Manila—a meticulously curated cocktail selection that is ready to be discovered. Each drink, inspired by iconic works of art from around the world, is a masterpiece in itself, offering a refined experience perfect for quiet indulgence or spirited conversation.

The journey begins with Chapter 1: Tropical & Lively, a collection of four cocktails that capture the warmth of the tropics and the excitement of the present moment. Fresh fruits, crisp bubbles, and bold flavors define this chapter, with each cocktail designed to bring vibrant energy to every sip.

Banquet of Roses
The Banquet of Roses stands out as both visually compelling and complex in flavor, and is inspired by Lawrence Alma-Tadema’s The Roses of Heliogabalus. A combination of Olmeca Reposado, lime, strawberry purée, orange liqueur, agave, and a butterfly pea-infused tequila float creates an intricate balance of sweetness and depth. 

Tiki TigerTiki Tiger offers a burst of tropical intensity with Bacardi Premium Black Rum, Beefeater Gin, Fundador Imperial Brandy, orgeat, lime, orange, and white sugarcane–depicting the wild power that sparked Henri Rousseau’s Tiger in a Tropical Storm.

The BeachFor a taste of the coast, The Beach brings the refreshing essence of sun, sand, and sea–illustrating Georges Seurat’s A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte with a mix of Grey Goose Vodka, Plantation Pineapple Rum, Banana Liqueur, coconut, passionfruit purée, orange, lime, mint, and Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Adding to its charm, the glass used for The Beach is repurposed from original Grey Goose Vodka bottles, professionally cut for a sustainable touch. 

Paint Your Palette

Paint Your Palette takes inspiration from Vincent Van Gogh’s A Starry Night, with Smirnoff Apple Vodka, lemon, blue curaçao, green apple, and ginger ale blending into a drink as captivating as the artwork itself.

This vibrant quartet of thirst-quenching cocktails, priced at PHP 520+ each, is just the first chapter. The Whisky Library’s Cocktail Menu Volume 2 features 25 signature drinks, divided into seven chapters: Tropical & Lively, Soft Sour & Spice, Bright & Refreshing, Decadent & Indulgent, Bold & Adventurous, Shared & Experienced Together, and Flavorful & Non-Alcoholic.
