London Fashion Week never fails to deliver! Bringing with it a stunning collision of beauty and creative expression, this season’s runway looks were a bold statement to London’s status as the fashion capital of innovation. From extravagant lashes and unconventional brows to sculptural hairstyles and the reinvention of nostalgic trends, designers embraced beauty as an extension of their storytelling.

Just when you’re hunting for a style spark or just reveling in the spectacle, these jaw-dropping highlights from LFW Fall/Winter 2025 make it clear that when it’s about beauty, London reigns supreme.

Super Dramatic Long Lashes

Kicking off the show with high drama, Harris Reed served an opulent beauty moment with exaggerated lashes that could probably soar to new heights—not to mention Florence Pugh opening the show though. Meticulously executed with Charlotte Tilbury Cosmetics, the lashes were layered with fluttery falsies on both upper and lower lash lines and amplified with coats of volumizing mascara. The makeup featured soft definition and a luminous glow, and the final touch was a soft nude lip in hues of pink, creating a satin-finish lip look.

If you’ve been nostalgic for ‘90s glam, Paul Costelloe’s beauty direction will be your next obsession. The models’ hair was styled into sleek, sculptural side-parted looks, reminiscent of the era’s supermodel off-duty aesthetic. Tightly ribboned ponytails and braids added a contemporary twist. On the makeup front, rich taupes and browns dominated the eyes, complemented by a fully lined waterline—a nod to grunge influences. A soft nude-peach lipstick tied the look together, embodying the effortless yet polished feel of the decade.

Side-Slit Pixie Cut

Short hair is having a major moment, and Richard Quinn proved that the pixie cut is here to stay—but with a chic upgrade. The runway was filled with models sporting short crops, styled with deep, side-parted waves for a retro-modern appeal. Crafted by hairstylist Sam McKnight, the look needed precise root lift using Superlift, followed by a detailed blow-dry with a small round brush to sculpt the silhouette. What a sophisticated, high-fashion take on a classic style!

Di Petsa’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection was a poetic tribute to divine femininity and self-love, and the beauty looks reflected that same fluidity. The wet-look aesthetic, a signature of the brand, was reinvented this season with ethereal drapery and celestial embellishments. Hair was styled in an appearance of just-emerged-from-the-water seduction, while dewy, high-shine skin added to the drenched effect. This is one trend that continues to evolve—well, just proof that wet-look beauty isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Otherworldly Celestial Brows

Venus from Chaos of Dilara Findikoglu’s F/W25 show was a political statement. Rooted in themes of female empowerment and breaking societal norms, the show introduced one of the season’s most striking beauty elements: the unconventional otherworldly brows. Styled to mimic the plumes of mythical harpies, the brows were elongated, exaggerated, and adorned with delicate embellishments. Paired with bejeweled tresses and dark, Venus-like silhouettes, this look redefined conventional beauty standards, making a powerful statement that was equal parts artistry and activism.
