(GRPI) and Bayshore Pacific Restaurants, Inc. (BPRI), said in a statement.

The Manila branch will offer the full Smith & Wollensky experience, including its famed shellfish towers, house-butchered steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated wine cellar. The brand emphasizes in-house dry-aging, proprietary techniques, and long-standing supplier relationships as the foundation of its commitment to quality.

The BGC location is owned by Granville Restaurants Philippines, Inc., the exclusive licensee of Smith & Wollensky in the Philippines. Operations will be managed by Bayshore Pacific Restaurants, Inc., which also oversees three Smith & Wollensky locations in Taiwan.

The Manila restaurant is expected to begin welcoming guests in the second week of July, with limited reservations to be offered in advance.
