Millennials now exploring living spaces outside Metro Manila

 

Millennials and older Gen Z buyers now influence the housing market, searching for large homes with flexible layouts, open spaces, and features suited for families and pets. Inspired by online content about solo living and budgeting, single individuals and newlyweds are creating tailored homes outside the metro.

"Millennials today are financially savvy and future-oriented. "Families now prioritize privacy and room to grow. Crescela is a low-density community with green spaces to meet those needs," Jara added.

 

Serin Terraces Tagaytay

 

Located near leisure zones, schools, and business establishments close to the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Serin Terraces consists of four-to five-unit townhome clusters. Each unit spans about 78 sqm on minimum and 111 sqm lots for end units, featuring three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en suite bath and balcony.

Smart features include locks, switches, outlets, smoke detectors, and CCTV at carports. Breeze blocks provide airflow and privacy, while white roofs reduce heat absorption. LED lighting and water-saving fixtures complement the eco-conscious design.

Solara Park Storeys Nuvali

 

Avida's first mid-rise condo in Nuvali offers one-bedroom units of approximately 35.8 sqm and studio units around 26.5 sqm. Target buyers include investors and overseas Filipinos, especially in the United States, looking for second homes or rental income properties. Community amenities cover around 6,700 sqm, promoting a balanced lifestyle with proximity to commercial and institutional establishments.

 

Leasing policies have also changed. Short-term stays, including overnight visits, are now allowed. Bangalando shared that leasing will soon be managed directly by Avida, beginning with Makati Southpoint and eventually expanding to Solara Park Storeys.

 

Sentria Storeys Vermosa

 

Situated within the 752-hectare Vermosa estate in Cavite, Sentria Storeys is close to highways, schools, retail centers, and recreational venues. Tatco explained, "Buyers seek practical homes balancing comfort and connectivity. These mid-rise developments meet that demand with efficient design and amenities."

 

Solara and Sentria share similar unit layouts. Both feature balconies and space for essentials like washing machines. Solara is scheduled for turnover by October 2027, with Sentria following a year later.

Aside from what each property offers, residents in Avida communities can enjoy amenities like pools, gyms, green and open spaces, clubhouses, and playgrounds.
