Ahtisa Manalo continues to serve looks in her journey to the Miss Cosmo 2024 crown. 

The Philippines' representative shared photos from her latest shoot -- a tribute to local film icon Paraluman.

Manalo shares the same hometown of Quezon province with the Filipina-German actress, whose real name is Sigrid Sophia Agatha de Torres von Giese.

"I am proud to share a heritage with the legendary Paraluman, a name that has come to symbolize beauty, elegance, and grace," the beauty queen said in an Instagram post. 

"A true icon from our province, Paraluman continues to inspire artists, poets, and dreamers," she added.

Dubbed as the Philippines' Greta Garbo, Paraluman's career spanned over four decades which included several awards and nominations.

She passed away in 2009, but has since been immortalized in songs like Eraserheads' "Ang Huling El Bimbo" and Adie's "Paraluman."

Manalo is hoping to make history as the winner of the inaugural Miss Cosmo pageant, which will be held in Vietnam on October 5.

She was chosen to represent the country after her second runner-up finish in Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
