A Filipino's record-setting collection of stamps featuring Popes is currently on display at the Lipa City Cathedral in Batangas.

Philippine Postal Corp. recently launched its "Traveling Pope Stamps Exhibit," which showcases the Guinness Book of World Records-certified collection of Boy Scouts of the Philippines secretary general Kim Robert de Leon.

The exhibit, which commemorates the liturgical feast day that honors St. Peter and St. Paul, is open to the public until July 7 at the La Pieta Chapel Basilica in Lipa City.

It was previously held in Manila and Malabon, and is set to visit other venues in the Philippines.

"It is an honor for me to recognize my work and for my fellow Filipinos to appreciate it, which I hope would inspire others, especially the youth, to collect postage stamps," De Leon said.

De Leon achieved the world record for the largest collection of stamps featuring Popes in February 22, after amassing a total of 2,398 stamps.
