Alethea Ambrosio was a vision in white during the national costume competition of Miss Supranational 2024.

The Philippine representative donned a costume inspired by sampaguita, the country's national flower.

Designer Ehrran Montoya described his creation for Ambrosio as "a vibrant fusion of tradition and contemporary flair."

"This exquisite ensemble celebrates the purity and grace of the Filipina, with its intricate beadwork and textures in shade of white, reminiscent of the delicate petals of the sampaguita," he said, as quoted by The Miss Philippines.

"The costume pays homage to the rich flora of the Philippines, incorporating elements that evoke the beauty of its tropical landscapes."

Ambrosio is aiming for the Philippines' second Miss Supranational crown, after Mutya Datul in 2013.

Her predecessor, Pauline Amelinckx, finished as first runner-up to Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador last year.

The Miss Supranational 2024 coronation night will be held in Poland on July 6 (July 7 in the Philippines).
