MANILA -- Get ready for a vibrant and exciting Filipino dining experience this August as The Bistro Group, known for its diverse restaurant concepts that include TGI Fridays and Italianni's, is set to open Siklab+ at the East Wing of Shangri-La Plaza.

Siklab+, which translates to "spark" in Filipino, aims to be a celebration of the rich tapestry of flavors in Philippine cuisine. Diners can expect a menu that offers both familiar favorites and innovative takes on traditional dishes, all presented with a modern twist.

The menu boasts signature dishes like Ginataang Kuhol (Kuhol ni Tanggol), Kare Kare (KKK: Klasikong Kare-Kare), Pancit Negra (Pancit Itim), and Pinatisang Fried Chicken.

But that's not all. Guests can also indulge in well-loved Filipino starters like Ok na Okoy, Paboritong Pork Sisig, Pinalutong na Tawilis, and Anak ng Tokwa't Baboy. Vegetable options include Gising-Gising Na! and the ever-popular Bet Na Pinakbet.

For a comforting taste, explore their selection of soups like Sinigang (pork or milkfish) and Bulalo Ala Eh! Seafood lovers can savor Siniklabang Tuna Belly and Garlicky Squid Adobo.

The meat selection doesn't disappoint either, featuring Pinalutong na Tadyang, Pinoy-Bistek, Siniklabang Manok, Crispy Diniguan, Bopis ni Ima, and Kalderetang Kordero. Pair these with Dilis, Bagoong, or Chorizo Rice for a complete Filipino feast.

For those wanting a lighter option, Siklab+ offers Special Lomi, PBG: Pancit Bihon Guisado, and Pancit Palabok. 

End your meal on a sweet note with their selection of kakanin, Turon Trio, Bonggang Bibingka, and Puto Bumbong. Wash it all down with specialty drinks like Kamias Pineapple Slush, Tsokolate at Kalamansi, Ube Kolada, Sierra Madre, and Dalandan ng Ale.

Located at Level 4, East Wing, Shangri-La Plaza, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Siklab+ opens its doors this August.
