MANILA  -- Beauty queen and actress Kylie Verzosa sent netizens abuzz with snaps of her in a swimsuit.

On Instagram, Verzosa shared a carousel of photos of her swimsuit photos while drinking fresh buko juice.

In a recent interview, Verzosa admits she doubles her efforts to take care of herself to achieve the body she has right now.  

“I really take good care of myself, inaalagaan ko talaga 'yung katawan ko. I'm on a pescatarian diet, I work out regularly, I gym, I lift weights, I pilates, and ice bath recently. I stay away from carbs, and sugar. So I take good care of myself naman. I wanna encourage body positivity, I know I can only represent myself as a woman,” she said.

Known for her body positivity advocacy, Verzosa recently launched her shapewear business which aims to help other women overcome their body image and give the best shape they want for their body.
