MAKATI — Promising competitive day-long use for students and professionals, Apple reseller Power Mac Center officially welcomed the new MacBook Air with M3 chip on Friday at Greenbelt 3.

The pre-order period for the MacBook Air M3 started on April 5 and the laptop is already available in select Power Mac Centers and The Loop Stores, where buyers can enjoy up to 40% discount on several premium accessories and free Microsoft 365 Personal Electronic Software Delivery from May 3 to 5.

According to PMC Sales Support Team's Aaron Valdez, some of its key specifications include an "all-day battery life" of up to 18 hours usage, liquid retina display, support for up to 2 external displays, 13x faster performance compared with MacBook Air, and 1.6x faster performance than MacBook Air M1.

"The MacBook Air (M3) is super light and thin. It fits easily on your backpack, gets all things done while you work anywhere," he said. "(It) allows you to ply to work across your external displays when the laptop lid is closed."

Customers can choose between 13-inch and 15-inch displays, with four color options such as Space Gray, Silver, Starlight, and Midnight.

Valdez also emphasized the new chip's empowered performance for gaming and graphics.
