The pulsating beats blend with the fervent cheers of fellow fans, amplifying the excitement of the moment.</div><p>Such was the experience in the Virtual Reality (VR) Room, arguably the biggest highlight of “B★VERSE: BTS, Singing the Stars,” an immersive exhibit that puts the spotlight on the “Dynamite” hitmakers.</p><p>Opening to the public on May 17 at the Gateway 2 Mall in Quezon City, “B★VERSE” offers a multi-sensory experience celebrating BTS, the boy group credited with bringing K-pop into the global mainstream, selling out stadiums around the world and dominating key music charts in the United States.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/06/12/23/10-years-of-k-pop-megastars-bts-five-things-to-know"><strong>10 years of K-pop megastars BTS: Five things to know<br/></strong></a></div><p>The exhibit also aims to keep the love for BTS alive while the group’s seven members currently fulfill their mandatory military service, said Joe Yi, CEO of YiZ Entertainment, one of the exhibit’s producers.</p><p>“Our Korea team had worked directly with BTS to get these contents. Therefore, they are very aware [of this exhibit],” Yi told reporters on Tuesday during the exhibit’s preview for local media.</p><p>“One of the main reasons that we are giving this to you guys right now is because we want to keep the BTS love alive [while they’re in the military],” he added.</p><div><ivs-player data-ivs-key="e8c22c015ca9eafa76f1e3edfa03c603" data-ivs-spid="3001339" data-ivs-vid="3037234"></ivs-player></div><script src="https://player.ivideosmart.com/ivsplayer/v4/dist/js/loader.js"></script><p>In the VR Room, guests put on headsets that provide an immersive experience while watching BTS’ performances at the Fact Music Awards (TMA), a K-pop awards ceremony that is also co-producing the exhibit. These include stagings of hit singles “Butter” and “Permission to Dance.”</p><p>The exhibit — which has visited Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand — includes dedicated spaces displaying portraits of each member, themed according to their personal interests. For example, J-Hope&#x27;s room pays tribute to his street dance roots, while V&#x27;s space highlights his passion for film and photography.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/3/29/bts-j-hope-unveils-special-album-hope-on-the-street-vol-1-1238"><strong>READ: BTS&#x27; J-Hope unveils special album &#x27;Hope on the Street Vol.1&#x27;<br/></strong></a></div><p>While the exhibit focuses on BTS, there is also a hallway that displays photos of other Korean acts who have won at the TMAs.</p><p>Fans looking to take home souvenirs can visit the gift shop, which offers a variety of BTS merchandise, including postcards, shirts, and tote bags.</p><p>Tickets for “B★VERSE,” which runs until August 15, can be purchased through TicketNet.
