MANILA -- Actor-producer turned entrepreneur Raymond “RS” Francisco recently opened his drag club Rampa in Quezon City. He partnered with celebrities Ice Seguerra, Boy Abunda, Liza Dino, and Loui Gene Cabel.

According to Francisco, the newly-opened bar provides a safe space for queer community, featuring drag performers and offering a friendly environment.

“It is an inclusive bar, where you can let yourself loose, start a conversation, drink, and dance without fear of being judged,” h told ABS-CBN News.

“Noong January kami nag-open. Vice Ganda was present during the opening,” he added.

Last Friday night, Francisco invited us to witness equally talented drag performers Salmo Nella, Sexy Wanda Mina, Poca, Katana, Khiendra, Neenja, Budalyn, and Bomba Ding.

Dressed in pink, Budalyn gave her Vegas-styled performance, while audiences were cheering for her. Neenja, in her black and red leather outfit, stood out with her Dua Lipa production number, performing her hit song “Houdini” with backup dancers. For her second number, she hit the stage with Sam Smith’s “Unholy.”

Wearing her black matrix outfit, Khiendra received a cheer from the crowd as she danced to a sensual version of Michael Buble’s “Feeling Good.” She also wowed the house with her Lizzo’s “About Damn Time” number.

Meanwhile, drag artist Katana nailed her Beyonce number with her backup dancers. She was the woman of the night, the whole crowd was dancing and cheering.

Francisco was also asked if he would like to produce movies again. He told ABS-CBN News: “Hindi na muna.”

Among the movies he produced were “Bhoy Intsik,” “Fuccbois,” “T.P.O,” “Lingua Franca,” and “Kasal.” He also starred in the multi-awarded stage play “M Butterfly.”
