Miss World 2013 Megan Young is returning to the international pageant's stage this year a host. 

Organizers made the announcement on Tuesday, saying audiences can catch Young at the Miss World 2024 coronation night in India on March 9.

"Welcome back, Megan," read a post on Miss World's social media pages.

Young remains the only Miss World titleholder from the Philippines. She was first tapped to host the international pageant in 2014, a year after she won the title.

She went on to become a co-presenter in five more editions of the pageant, until 2019.

The Philippines' representative this year, Gwendolyne Fourniol, aims to replicate Young's success and win the second Miss World crown for the country.

She has so far delivered an impressive performance in pre-pageant activities, making it to the first round of at least three events.
