MANILA - Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has posted a cryptic message on her Instagram page, prompting her fans to ask if she has stopped dating "Sexiest Doctor Alive" Mikhail Varshavski, known to many as "Dr. Mike."

In a post over the weekend, Wurtzbach posted a photo with the caption: "Boy, I'm a prize not a catch."

She did not give further details.

Fans expressed their concern for Wurtzbach as they left comments and words of encouragement. Wurtzbach has since deleted the post.

"Does this post mean that Pia and Dr. Mike are fighting, arguing or breaking up?" one wrote.

"Just take your time. Great things happen when you least expect them. It just happened that you were pursued on a whim because of your status. Sorry but that's how I see it. The guy is really obvious," another said.

"A man is never worth your confidence and self-esteem! I hope everything goes well," one fan added.

Wurtzbach's last reported date with Varshavski was in late April. The two had a helicopter date around New York.

Both parties have yet to make a statement about the issue. A quick look at Varshavski's Instagram page, however, shows that the doctor is busy with a video project in New York.

Wurtzbach is currently based in New York as part of her duties as Miss Universe.
