MANILA -- This Christmas season, frequent Starbucks customers have not one, but two items to look forward to: the classic planner and, something new for 2019, a travel organizer.

With the advent of all things digital, Starbucks Philippines marketing head for categories and quality assurance, Keith Cole, said that the company had to up its game to keep the planner relevant.

“So, I asked my team to challenge ourselves. We aspired to make a product that was still connecting the human spirit with handwritten notes. I think it’s something our younger generation may be looking forward to, who may not want a planner,” explained Cole at the launch event on Sunday.
