MANILA – The daughter of Social Welfare Secretary Erwin Tulfo finally got to celebrate her debut, months after her 18th birthday.

Erika Tulfo, who turned 18 last January, held the Greek-themed party at Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Pasay City last Sunday.
