From singing to hosting, who wouldn’t love Karylle?

Before being a mainstay on It’s Showtime, Ana Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari, commonly known by her stage name Karylle, we all know her as an excellent singer, actress and performer. When she joined the noontime show in 2010, the Madlang People noticed that while may not have that strong, zany personality compared to her co-hosts, the 39-year-old singer, writer, host and entrepreneur’s cool and composed yet witty nature is a perfect fit for those hilarious banters in the gregarious It’s Showtime family.

Karylle’s unique brand of humor makes the noontime show even more interesting. While her fashion style is sometimes targeted with jokes, Karylle doesn’t take them personally and even ride on them too! There are times that even her past relationships are being brought up, but she still plays along and just laughs it off as long as it doesn’t cross the line.

As a Tawag Ng Tanghalan hurado and Magpasikat winner in 2013 and 2018, Karylle would remind us that her talent paved the way for her success in the industry. She would show off her incredible singing to prove that she does not only use the mic for reading spiels, she uses it to hit those high notes too.

Karylle found her own version of forever to the loving embrace of Spongecola’s vocalist Yael Yuzon. It can be remembered that the two first met at the Eraserheads reunion concert in 2009 and started dating the following year. Karylle is very supportive of Yael and made sure she makes him comfortable specially when her husband had a FUNishment in the “Mas Testing” segment. The Madlang People surely felt kilig when Karylle helped Yael clean himself after being covered with mud.

The daughter of the Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla, Karylle is truly showbiz royalty. Both amazing in the singing department, Karylle successfully made a name for herself.
