Not all of them may be blood-related, but being talented and versatile apparently runs in the It’s Showtime family as each one of them has skills that they can be proud of. Aside from their hosting chops, they are also with other things, such as singing, acting, comedy, and dancing. And they’re able to use all of those to provide good vibes and laughter to the madlang people.

In this Kapamilya Toplist feature, let’s look back on the nine instances that proved that they could definitely do anything for entertainment, including dancing with all their might even though it’s not part of a production number.

Let us start with an episode of the “Me-Choose Me-Choose” segment, wherein Vice Ganda attested that she could both slay as a demure woman and a playful girl as she showed off her beauty queen aura ala-2023 Miss Universe-Philippines Michelle Marquez Dee and her zany dance moves at the same time.

Upon learning that the female searcher in an episode of the “Expecially For You” segment used to do dancesport with her ex-boyfriend as her partner, the Unkabogable Star and Jhong Hilario quickly showcased their ballroom dancing skills. In another episode, Vice became the laughingstock as she demonstrated how the searcher and one of the hopefuls would appear if they would ride on a banana boat on their date.

In his stints as a guest co-host, Darren Espanto is also able to impressively keep pace with the kakulitan of the It’s Showtime fam. And during the finale of the “It’s Showdown” segment, he accepted Vice and Vhong Navarro’s challenge to mimic the movements of Awra during her performance with the dance group that she was part of.

To stimulate the energy of a “Me-Choose, Me-Choose” contestant, Vice invited her for an invigorating dance onstage before proceeding to the game proper. They were so energetic that the contestant’s dentures almost fell off.

After the intense showdown of the two groups in an episode of “It’s Showdown,” Vhong and Vice also had a dance face-off in which they got their co-host Anne Curtis involved. In another episode, the Unkabogable Star ‘derided’ Jhong as he demonstrated how “vogue” and “whacking” are typically done, saying that he’s just making things complicated and went on to show his hilarious renditions of “vogue” (which is bug-vogue), and “whacking” (which is wacky).

Vice, Vhong, Jhong, and Jackie Gonzaga then poked fun at their co-host and “It’s Showdown” judge Kim Chiu’s final dance step by doing their respective impressions of it. For Vice, it would be a good idea to include it in a confrontation scene between the legal wife and the mistress, while it’s a new way of greeting your friends in person for Vhong. Vice, Vhong, and Jhong then sang a portion of Kim’s “Mr. Right” while doing it, with Jackie making sure that she also had an entry by saying that it’s a new way to knock on the door.

And lastly, real-life couple Vice and Ion Perez weren’t able to contain their thrill and glee after they got matching answers in the “Tumpakners” segment. Thus, along with the other hosts, they invigoratingly grooved to Batang Cute-po Imogen Cantong’s “Dalandan Shake”. With how energetic she was, the Unkabogable Star jestingly complained about how tired she was afterwards.

Were you able to catch these dancing moments of the It’s Showtime fam, Kapamilya?
