It was a birthday bash to remember!

Get ready for more laughter and heartwarming moments as Vice Ganda brings us the second part of the Palawan escapade he threw for his mom, Nanay Rosario, on her 79th birthday.

Following last week's Part 1, this new episode on Vice's vlog takes us to the beach, where the Viceral family soaks in the joy of celebrating life, love, and the adventure of growing together through hilarious games and deeply felt reflections.

The vlog opens with beach games that had Vice’s family and friends in stitches! The first challenge was a race to see who could hop onto a giant floater in under ten seconds to win 10, 000 pesos. Watching everyone struggle was pure comedy gold!

The sibling rivalry was real as Vice’s brother. Babot, admitted defeat after his failed two attempts. Meanwhile, their sister Marivic was determined not to miss her chance at the cash prize, despite the slippery surface and her not-so-light weight. Then there was celebrity dentist Dr. Ralph Delas Alas, who was dared to give everyone 1,000 pesos each if he couldn't climb up the floater. But Doc Ralph was determined to win, and Vice couldn’t believe how quickly he tackled the challenge.

The fun continued in the next activity, where the family split into two groups for a relay race. Each team had to fill a cup with water. But here's the twist: they could only use their hands to scoop the water, passing it along the line until the last person filled the cup. The winning team snagged yet another 10,000 pesos, making the competition all the more exciting!

The laughter didn’t stop there! In another relay-style competition, each player had to pass sand down the line using only their hands, with the final person in charge of constructing the highest castle.

But it wasn’t just fun and games during the trip—there were quiet moments of reflection too. When you're surrounded by family and basking in the serenity of the beach, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, it’s almost impossible not to pause and think about the things that truly matter.

While on a giant inflatable in the middle of the sea, Vice took a breather and shared a special moment with his mom, Nanay Rosario. In their conversation, he asked her the best and worst parts of being 79. In her usual candid way, Nanay Rosario shared that although her spirit still feels alive and full of energy, the reality of aging is starting to catch up with her physically. She admitted to feeling the aches that come with age and the medications she now has to take.

Yet, despite these physical challenges, Nanay Rosario is filled with gratitude. As she put it, “Masarap ang buhay dahil mabait ang aking anak.” She expressed how lucky she feels because of her children, especially Vice, who has always made sure she’s living comfortably and surrounded by love. She's happy being able to travel and experience life with her family, despite the hurdles of aging.

She said, "I’m living comfortably because of my children. Napupuntahan ko 'yung mga gusto kong puntahan dahil mabait'yung anak kong bunso [Vice].”

Nanay Rosario’s sweet comment about Vice being kind quickly sparked a fun “who’s who” game among the family. Everyone agreed that the eldest sibling, Tina, a doctor, is the pinakamasungit because of how strict she is with their mom, especially when it comes to health. Tina’s always on top of what Nanay Rosario can or can’t do, and what food or activities are off-limits due to her medication.

But Vice, in his usual hilarious style, was quick to jump in and explain that Tina’s strictness isn’t about being mean but rather about making sure their mom is taken care of—because, honestly, Nanay Rosario has a habit of pushing herself a little too much. And of course, Vice had receipts. He shared a funny anecdote (complete with video footage!) of how just a few hours earlier, Nanay Rosario insisted on going into the deeper part of the beach despite everyone telling her to stay closer to the shore. The result? Well, let’s just say they were close to toppling over as she struggled to keep her balance!

Moving on, Vice and Nanay Rosario agreed that Marivic is the most malambing among the siblings. But of course, Vice couldn't resist saying that 'malambing' is different from 'mambubudol.' Nanay Rosario laughed, knowing exactly what Vice meant—that Marivic's 'lambing' comes with a little strategy to charm people over.

And when Nanay Rosario was asked who among her children caused her the most headaches, without missing a beat, Vice cheekily answered for her, "Lahat!"

At 79, Nanay Rosario’s adventurous spirit is still as strong as ever. In fact, she's looking forward to more travels and shared that her biggest wish is to visit Assisi, Italy. Although they’ve already been to Italy, they never quite made it to that part.

And if that doesn’t prove how young at heart she is, wait until you hear her next goal—she wants to go parasailing again, which she first tried during a trip to Boracay.

Vice, beaming with pride, vouched for how brave his mom is, to the point that Nanay Rosario insists on trying all the rides whenever they're at Disneyland. And whenever her children can't help but feel worried, she would simply reassure them, "Alam ko ang katawan ko."

It’s clear that Nanay Rosario is not slowing down, and her kids lovingly promise that as long as she’s alive, they’ll continue to make every moment as fun and memorable as possible.

The video then cuts to more highlight moments from their Palawan escapade, giving us a peek into a special buffet dinner in honor of Nanay Rosario. The family danced the night away, with a live band setting the mood. Nanay Rosario was showered with affection and gifts, including a brand-new bag from Vice. Vice also generously handed the restaurant crew a P20,000 tip to split among themselves.

As Nanay Rosario blew out the candle on her birthday cake, she expressed her gratitude for the blessings and kindness life had given her. For Vice, seeing his mom’s joy, especially knowing he played a part in it, was the greatest gift of all. He shared how thankful he was for the opportunity to celebrate his mother's 79th birthday with their entire family.

Moments like these make Vice reflect on the little joys in life, the ones that matter most, like spending time with loved ones. No matter how hectic his schedule gets, with most of his year consumed by work, he always carves out time for the most important occasions.

At the end of the day, the “It’s Showtime” host knows his hard work is not just about building a secure future, but it’s also about 'saving' memories that will last a lifetime. “Para saan ang lahat? Nagpakapagod, nagpakapuyat, nagpakapaos, nagpa-bash na ako't lahat-lahat. Sinong makikinabang sa lahat ng sinakripisyo natin?” he muses, leaving a thought-provoking message for his followers—a reminder that in the hustle of life, it’s the moments spent with loved ones that truly matter.
