It’s Showtime has been our favorite noontime companion for 14 years now. Thus, through the years, we have witnessed how the gregarious hosts have turned to become a big, happy family, who never fails to amuse us with their hilarious banters and shenanigans on-and-off-cam.

While we love to see all of them together in one screen, we couldn’t deny that we find ourselves exhilarated the most every time the quartet of Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, and Anne Curtis are on the same stage. Whenever they’re together, we know that we are surely going to be totally entertained with their droll repartees.

Let’s look back on some of the awesome foursome’s funny moments together in this Kapamilya Update feature!

We all know how truly makulit the trio of Vice, Vhong, and Jhong are, so being the classy yet kalog girl that she is, Anne is their usual “victim.” Among the things they love to do is poke fun on her being sosyal, since she’s the only one who grew up abroad, while the three of them used to have simple lives. Thus, it’s inevitable for her to sometimes mumble or mispronounce words when she speaks in Tagalog, as well as not being able to relate with what the three of them were talking about.

They also love picking on Anne’s OOTDs, such as when she wore white coordinates with scarf that made her appear like a flight attendant in an episode of Tawag ng Tanghalan, and when she wore a white crop-top sando and brown high-waist pants in an episode of “Bidaman.”

There was also an instance when they made fun of her upon noticing that she had “tinga” or a shred of food stuck between her teeth. Instead of letting Anne remove it by herself backstage, they followed her along with a cameraman as they let the madlang people watch her do it.

They jokingly outcast her, too, during an old episode of TNT, wherein they teased her for not being able to join their kulitan onstage since it wasn’t her turn to host. That happened as well in the opening portion of an “Isip Bata” segment when the three pointed out the difference between the humps in exclusive villages, which was represented by Anne, and in humble barangays where Vhong, Jhong, and Vice grew up. Anne’s tutu skirt then also didn’t escape Vice “mockery” as she compared it to a kulambo or mosquito net.

While she gets out of place sometimes, there were instances that Anne almost got involved in the physical hosting done by Vhong and Jhong to their constant victim Vice.

Whenever this awesome foursome is together, you better brace yourselves for the tummy aches you’ll get for laughing so hard at their almost non-stop funny and cute asaran moments!
