Luis Manzano gets nostalgic as he reacts to his old photos

Despite his busy schedule as a host and new dad, Luis Manzano has made time to create new content for his YouTube Channel. Of course, as what can be expected when he vlogs, the episode was hilarious. This one was a bit senti, too, as he went through some of his old photographs. “Marami tayong mababalikan na mga pictures na napakagandang mga ala-ala sa akin,” he commenced the video. Well, with life evolving so fast, don’t you wish to time-travel back to the past? Although we can’t take on a time machine, looking at our old photographs somehow feels like that.First up was his group portrait with pioneer MYX VJs Heart Evangelista, Nikki Gil, Geoff Eigenmann, Iya Villania, and Karel Marquez. He mentioned people still message them about their MYX stints and look forward to their next reunion. Their batch is considered the OGs of MYX, and a running joke goes like, “Kung naabutan n’yo sila, dapat mag-asawa na kayo.”Luis mentioned that they often reminisce about the old times. “Sabi ko nga, lahat ng narating ko sa buhay ay dahil ‘yan sa MYX. Kung hindi nagtiwala ang MYX sa akin dati, baka wala ako ngayon sa industriya.&quot; Next is his photo with the Kanto Boys, his group with Billy Crawford, John Lloyd Cruz, and Vhong Navarro that regularly performed on <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap">ASAP</a>. “Puro kami kalokohan sa ASAP dati. Ito ‘yung sinasabi namin na kami lang ang allowed magkamali sa ASAP,” he quipped.In his usual humorous tone, he introduced his ab-baring photo for a magazine cover. He considered competing in Muay Thai then, thus he conditioned his body. Of course, he also put in the effort for the pictorial. “Ang kinakain ko lang para mag-prepare sa shoot na ‘to ay tuna in water tapos babanlawan mo ‘yun ng mga tatlong beses ng mainit na tubig para magkaroon ng konting init. Tapos ang kakainin mo lang kasabay nu’n ay mga kalahating pipino.”The next one revealed that he did a commercial with Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla back when the latter was still a student. Then, years later, Mariel officially joined showbiz. He also shared behind-the-scenes snapshots from his first teleserye “Kampanerang Kuba” featuring Anne Curtis in prosthetics. He talked about the challenges of filming this teleserye, especially on Anne’s part. Yet, he enjoyed the experience working with his best friends and co-stars Anne, and Jodi Sta Maria.Luis then proudly displayed his sexy photo from a magazine shoot where he stood behind a post completely naked. He said that he didn’t wear any covering, thus his bum was completely exposed. “Looking back, hindi ko alam kung bakit ginawa ko itong picture na ‘to.”More hot pics followed, including his “alluring” photo with Nikki Gil from an endorsement shoot for an apparel brand. Raise your hand if you still remember ASAP Fanatic! Luis reacted to a group portrait of the main ASAP Fanatic hosts – him, Heart, Jodi, Rachelle Ann Go, and Christian Bautista. He explained that ASAP Fanatic was created to cater to teen and young adult viewers, and featured young stars and <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/articles-photos/14040518-throwback-star-circle-quest-2004-14313">Star Circle Quest</a> alumni.Also on the list was a behind-the-scenes photo from a TV commercial he did with his father, Edu Manzano, where they dressed up as rock stars. Of course, this throwback fest wouldn’t be complete without the precious baby pics! The mood turned mushy when he flashed a picture of his wife Jessy Mendiola meeting his mom, Vilma Santos, for the first time, as well as their throwback couple snaps.Wrapping it up, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/icsyv">I Can See Your Voice </a>host reflected, “Hindi ako ma-selfie na tao.
